Terms of Service — Rispost

These Terms govern your use of Rispost (“the App”), a browser extension and backend service that connects to your X (Twitter) account.

1. What the App does

Rispost reads post impression statistics from your connected X account and provides analytics/scoring to help you evaluate reply-worthiness. With your explicit action, it can also subscribe your account to X Lists on your behalf using write access you grant during authorization.

2. Account connection

To use the App, you must authorize it via X’s OAuth 2.0 flow. By doing so, you grant Rispost the permissions shown at authorization time (currently: read and write access to your posts and profile information). You can revoke this access at any time through X’s Connected Apps settings.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to violate X’s Developer Agreement and Policy, X’s Rules, or any applicable law. You are responsible for actions taken through your connected account, including any List subscriptions you trigger via the App.

4. Third-party services

The App relies on the X API and, for certain features, third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI and xAI) to process derived statistics. Your use of the App is also subject to X’s own Terms of Service and Developer Agreement. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of these third-party services.

5. No warranty

The App is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of statistics or scoring, or that the App will be free of errors.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any action taken on X as a result of App-provided analytics.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by revoking its access via X’s settings. We may suspend or terminate access to the App for any user who violates these Terms or X’s policies.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
